Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
The feature "Pages" on Next-gen projects allows you to link space and create pages in the project, so agents can easily access.
It was possible to link pages directly in the ticket, but on the new issue view, this feature was not implemented yet.
We have a feature request suggesting this:
