How do I assign a user group to a permission type?

For example: There's a user group in my project permissions labelled 'Manage Watchers' that only the administrators seem to have access to. I want to add the group of users to the abovet permission.

Hi William, could you share with us if you are using Jira or Confluence? That would help set us some context and both products do handle permissions differently.

If possible, do give us a screenshot of this user group with the 'Manage Watchers' label, as well as your project permissions in general if possible. It would help us identify what you are referring to, and determine if what you are talking about is possible.

Sorry I'm using Jira.

I'm trying to add 'Edit issues' user group to the following. I'm not too sure how to add an image here. Copy n paste doesn't seem to work. It's just layed out as such....

Permission: Manage Watchers (Ability to manae the watchers of an issue).

Granted to: Project role - Adminstrators

Not sure if that helps but here's hoping.
