I have two Kanban boards set up identically where I need to report out the Cumulative Flow Diagrams for each. In the first one, the data is stacked with the first phase data on top and the last phase data on the bottom. In the second, the data is stacked in the opposite direction. How do I get them to match?
I recall some open defects where the Control Chart and Cumulative Flow Diagram do not work / display as expected when:
If those apply, you may want to check with Atlassian Support for any options.
Kind regards,
Bill
Hi @Phil Stebbings,
Not sure if this can be fixed or configured in that Jira's report.
But instead this limited report, I recommend trying the Cumulative Flow Diagram (CFD) gadget offered by our Great Gadgets app.
It is highly configurable and flexible and, for sure, it will display the data properly for your dashboards. It can calculate by issue count, story points, hours or custom fields and allows you to include the sub-tasks in the calculation.
Find more about this gadget and the many other offered by our app in this article:
Hope this helps. If you need help with the configuration, please contact us at support@stonikbyte.com.
Thank you,
Danut Manda
