How do I add the project role atlassian-addons-project-access to users?

I'm pulling my hair out here.

All of the project permissions in my project have the "atlassian-addons-project-access" group associated with them, but I'm unable to add users to that group, so now for anything they want to do, they have a failed permission condition that is making it impossible for them to do anything in the project despite being part of other project roles that should grant the necessary permissions.

Please Help!!!!

You cannot add users to the atlassian-addons-project-access, that role is reserved for apps. Each app that you install usually have an account associated with it so that the app can interact with the project. Your users should belong to one of the 4 default roles (administrators, service desk customers, service desk team, users) and then you have to update your permission scheme accordingly.

Note that that the ability to manage the atlassian-addons-project-access role in the permission scheme will be removed in two to six months, see JRACLOUD-81601
