How do I add several parties into the PEOPLE tab and assign them?

I have the Admin right for the project board and can add the people, but I can't show the tab.

How to control the display layout of the ticket and show the PEOPLE tab?

unsure if I understand you question.

You can click on add People and enter users. And then select the role(s) for them. Obviously only add more than one user if the roles will be different.
