How do I add additional fields to User Stories?

How do you add additional fields to user Stories....all I am getting is basic, title, description, assignee, and reporter....

What happened to all the additional fields we could add?

As an admin, you can add custom fields to the global list, and then use screens to bring them into stories and other issue types.
