How do I add a project to a notification scheme

I've created a notification scheme and I want to apply this to a project (or, have a project associate with this notification scheme).

I see an "associate" but does that mean it's the only scheme or is this "additive"?

You don't associate a project to a Notification Scheme. You have to do the opposite.

Go the the project's Administration screen and add the notification scheme to the project from there.

There is no "additive" concept to the notifications if you were wondering. Either there is a scheme, or there are no notifications.
