How do I access the Summary field of Release Version in a JQL Issue filter?

Hi.

I am on Jira Server and I require an Issue report that shows me both the Fix Version and the Summary of that Fix Version.

So, the column headers would be something like this..

Issue Key | Issue Summary | Fix Version | Fix Version Summary

Fix Version and Release appear to be synonymous. I create releases in the releases tab, the little ship icon, and then I assign issues to that release with a field called "Fix Version"

The FV summary is not associated with issues directly and as JQL is all about querying fields associated with issues, your goal is not possible.

Guess I am flat out of luck then.

A query language that doesn't support any kind of join is no query language at all but, that's just imho :(

Thanks for your prompt response though.
