I customized the status of created "ACCEPT" and "NOT ACCEPT" as Done status.
However, even if the ticket status is "ACCEPT" or "NOT ACCEPT", it will not be considered as a "Completed issues" (see the image below).
Wouldn't a customized status be considered a "completed issue"?
Also, do you understand that story points will not decrease on the Sprint burndown chart unless it is a "completed task"?

a ticket, in order to be completed, should have a resolution set.
Please, verify that the transition that move your tickets in a completed status allows users to set resolution as mandatory.
