How could i connect my trial account to existing bought account

Hi there i am using Jira trial version. Some times ago i planned to buy it, but my Company decides to add me to their existing Jira Account. But the problem is that i had already worked on the trial account. I want to pin my created project from my trial account to the Company's account. I already tried to go to the Jira settings, System and Download Backup file. But i couldn't to import it to other account because i cant find how to import zip file. Please send me video or write steps how to do that. I couldn't find in the documentation

I'm afraid this is not possible.  Your trial and company instances are separate systems that belong to two different accounts.

If you export and import your trial with a simple zip import, you will scrub the company instance.  That's only ok if the company currently has not started using it!
