How come i cannot access my account to jira

I was unable to access my account to Jora, is there any problem with my account?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

What happens when you try to access your account? Are you getting some message? If so, what is the message?

Is the issue that your login fails or that the Jira site/data is inaccessible?

Is this an Atlassian login and Jira subscription you set up yourself, or did somebody else set them up and give you access?

If you set it up yourself, have you been paying for the subscription or have you been using the Free version?

When was the last time you successfully accessed the Jira data?

If you set it up yourself, and if it was the Free version, and if you have not accessed it for an extended period of time, then Atlassian may have applied to your subscription their policy of deactivating Free subscription that are inactive. If that is the case emails would've been sent to the Organization Admins warning that the deactivation was imminent, and then notifying them on the day of deactivation. 15 days later the data would've been permanently deleted.

That is just one possible scenario. We will know more and can provide better advice when you answer the questions listed above
