How change you change the base URL of a team?

Hi, 

I want to change the base URL of my team. However, the backup file downloaded from Jira backup manager is quite big, if I want import it to another new instance of Jira cloud. Is there an easy way to do this change? Should I also include all images, attached files when I export the back file from Jira?

Yes, you need to include everything, otherwise the Cloud instance on your new url will not have it.
