How change selection (and templates) in a list of knowledge base articles in JIRA issue?

Hello!

From the JIRA issue there is possibility to create new article by this:

There is selection list with "How-To" or "Troubleshooting" templates.

1. Is it possible to add new template (our own) here for choosing?

2. How can be changed template for "How-To" or "Troubleshooting" pages?

We have connection from this Confluence space to this JIRA issue (and reference back).

Unfortunatelly don't find the templates - "How-To" or "Troubleshooting" - on the Confluence "Templates and Blueprints page" (space or global). Where is it?

Hi Alexander,

Unfortunately, this particular set cannot be customized within Jira Service Desk nor Confluence at this time.  There is an existing feature request for this over in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-460

I would recommend watching/voting on this issue to help our development team better understand what new features to add into this particular product integration.

Am I right that situation with customizing actual templates with existing pages "How-To" and "Troubleshooting" is the same? I mean there is no possibility to change them, isn't it?

I don't believe there is currently a way to change these.
