How can we update custom field value from description/email body?

Hi All,

I have configured mail handlers for a project. It's only updating the summary and description. It is not working for the custom field. Please suggest to me a way that custom fields are also updated from the email body.

Fields need to be updated:

Escalated case by TAC support for engineers.

Case #00315181 is now escalated.
