How can we show asterisk for the required field during issue transition using validator in Workflow?

How can we show asterisk for the required field during issue transition using validator in Workflow in Jira Cloud?

I have used a screen during Transition with the fields, but asterisk is not showing for the fields set as required. Also error is not displayed below the fields, instead it displays at the top. How can we show error below the field?

You can't mark a field as required with an Asterisk unfortunately. What you could do is configured the screen to have 2 tabs, one called "Required" the other called "Additional" (or whatever). From there you could indicate to your team that all fields in "Required" must have a value.
