How can we see people in copy of a request through Email ?

All our users are sending requests using Email. However they often put their colleagues in copy, but I do not find a way to know who was copied, I only see the reporter of the request.

Can you please help ?

Hi Stephane,

If the person being cc is a customer of the service desk then they show up in the "shared with"/"Request participants"

Thanks for the information and the link, bu what if the person being cc is not yet a customer of the service desk ?

For example when a requester (which is already a service desk customer) creates a new request and adds a new colleague who just joined its company in copy ?
