Now that the Issue collector is back in business, I want to move forward with how to replace it. That answer seems to be using a form with a request type. In following the advice previously received by Derek Fields, I am able to use a link outside the organization to process a ticket.
We have 5 different ticketing systems. We can provide a link that will drop the user into the correct ticketing system. However, if the user gets creative with the URL, or even clicks "Help Center", they will be presented with the other ticketing system choices.
Is there a way to prevent that from happening?
No this can't be prevented if you use a free or standard plan, but if you are on a premium or enterprise plan, you can use multiple help centers.
