We’re looking for a simple way to give our sales team a clear and up-to-date overview of the Jira tickets linked to each customer inside Pipedrive.
Right now, sales doesn’t have direct access to Jira, but they need quick visibility into open issues, status updates, and summaries for their accounts. Ideally, we want something that can be displayed per Deal or Organization inside Pipedrive without building a heavy integration.
Does anyone have experience with
Any suggestions, best practices or examples from others doing Jira ↔ Pipedrive reporting would be greatly appreciated.

HI @Olivier Segers , you could utilise integration utilitites such as Zapier and IFTTT. And maybe Scriptrunner Connect will soon support Pipedrive.
Zapier has connectors for both PipeDrive and Jira. So you should be able to create a Zap that triggers on JIra issue updates, and does a Deal update in Pipedrive as action.
