How can we migrate bug requests with attachments from Teamcenter to Jira Cloud?

We are currently using Teamcenter for bug management and are planning to migrate bug requests created in the last two years to Jira Cloud.

While we understand the process for migrating issue fields and metadata, we are unclear on how to migrate the attachments associated with each bug request from Teamcenter into Jira Cloud.

Has anyone performed a similar migration, or can suggest supported or recommended approaches for transferring attachments (e.g., via APIs, scripts, or migration tools) from Teamcenter to Jira Cloud while preserving their association with the corresponding issues?

Hi Naman,

Though I have not tried it directly, for Jira Cloud, the standard Import issues from CSV wizard should support attachments directly. You must create a column named Attachments in your CSV file and populate it with HTTP or HTTPS URLs pointing to the files. The Jira Cloud site must be able to access these URLs during the import process.

Try it with a single or couple of rows in your CSV to see how it does.
