How can we configure default new image in "Issue Type Avatar" in jira cloud

When click on "Select Image" option in "Issue Type Avatar"  then a list of images appear. 

I want to add new image in that list which is appear as default in every issue type to everyone.

Welcome to the community.

As you can see on the screen there is a button to allow you to upload a new issue type avatar image.

However, each issue type must be assigned an avatar individually. There is no option for you to select one specific avatar and have it applied to all issue types.

Also, end users don't have an option to customize the avatars displayed for issue types. Those are set by Jira Administrators only.

I know the option to upload new issue type avatar. Also, I am also a Jira administrator.

But I want to know is there any way to add new images in the already existing system default images list, that it will appear in all issues types when click on select image.

I understand now.

I see we can upload an avatar for an issue type, but that avatar is available to select only for the issue type where it is uploaded. It is not available to select for other issue types.

I have not found any posts or Atlassian issues on this specific topic so far. I would recommend that you have your Jira Administrator contact Atlassian Support directly on this topic. And then please share here what you learn.
