How can we change a new issue view for comments from ascending to descending?

Resolution has been already provided by Atlassian Link​​​​​​​ is working only for  an old view.

How can we manage it in a new one ?

Hello Oleksii,

Unfortunately, the parameter jira.issue.actions.order does not apply to the new issue view indeed. In fact, the new issue layout is still a lab feature and our developers are currently working to implement new functionalities and fix some unexpected behaviors.

That been said, we have opened the following thread to fix this lack in the comment order:

Configuring the 'jira.issue.actions.order' property on Jira's Advanced Settings page has no effect in the new board's issue detail view

Feel free to vote and watch the suggestion to increase its priority and also receive notifications about any updates.

You are welcome, Oleksii.

There some dedicated DEV teams working to get a solid view with the new UI, with several features/bugs being fixed/implemented every month, so I believe the feedback about this bug should not take too long due to the number of affected customers.
