How can we bulk upload test cases in to a particular User Story?

Is there a way to bulk upload detailed test cases to a specific user story or bug in Jira?

No plugins using in Jira. Help me to any such plugins in Jira to bulk upload testcases to a particular User Story or particular to a defect.

Many test management plugins are available in the marketplace—for example, X-ray, Zypher, etc. which one you are using in your project to create the test cases then based on the plugin they have their own documentation to bulk import the test cases.
