How can we add Atlassian Products (JIRA Service Desk, Crowd) to our JIRA with our Community License

We have a Community Licence and wanted to add JIRA Service Desk and Crowd. However, I cannot simply add it, without paying (what our organization can't do..). Do we need to apply anew for simply adding sth?
