How can i use the same statues for the different workflows across the company- managed projects?

@Manoj Pawar you are trying to add a status (with the same name), rather than inserting the existing status. When you type the name of the status, try selecting the result, instead of click add new status.

Of course, you can re-use statuses in different workflows. 

Which problem have you faced? Can you tell us more information about your steps or maybe an error.

Welcome to the community, can you explain a little more or a picture?

Because you should be able to do so, you cannot change the status name but it can be used cross-workflows, for example, we all use "In progress" on almost every workflow.

Yes, Im trying to create new workflows and add the same statuses in that workflows on that time JIRA is throwing the error that you can't add similar statuses.
