How can i manage the request status?

Hielke Rijpstra August 16, 2019

In my customer portal, I can only see the issues with Any status. However these issues are all Active in Jira service desk.

How can map this status to the request status?

Hi @Hielke Rijpstra ,

If you go to Projecg Settings - Request Types - Edit fields for an existing request type, there should be an "Workflow Status" link on top. Choose that, and you will can map the workflow status to the status that is shown in the portal.

No that is not what I mean.

It is about this status:

Hi,

In this case any status means they are either open or closed.

So if you can see the requests with any status, you should be able to see them either as open or closed.

Jira defines an request as open when no resolution is set and it is closed when a resolution is set.

So this has nothing to do with the workflow status.

If you think, it is matched to the wrong status, you should check the resolution.

Hi @Hielke Rijpstra ,

I did a little further investigation.

There is this issue https://jira.atlassian.com/plugins/servlet/mobile#issue/JSDSERVER-5485

Where the resolution field is causing a similar problem. Can you check, if that field is hidden for your project?
