Hello @Bart Witteveen
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
When was the last time that you accessed the Jira content?
What exactly are you trying to access when you say you can't see "the settings", and what is the exact message that you get?
HI, the last login was for a couple of months ago.
1. When I open the setting-wheel i see the comment: You do not have access to Jira settings or Atlassian admin, contact your Jira admin to grant you access.
There is an option to send a form to the admin but that say "no from is configurated"
2. yes, see 1.
3. via admin.atla
In the user screen i see this:
Behind my name and someone i send an invite says: "organization admin"

It’s solved, I had another account with gmail which have the admin rights.

If you are talking about Jira space settings, then you need to be added as an Administrator to the space.
If you cannot access the admin.atlassian.com part you need to be either a site admin (if you are administering one site) or organization admin if you have an organization that consists of multiple sites.
