How can i give a name to the position name of Multi-Level Cascading Field

I have multi level filed "Business Segment" and cascading 2 level down as "Business Segment 1"  and "Business Segment2" , how can i do that, also if make it as required field only grand parent("Business Segment") is required.

You can not currently give more than one name to a field - the cascading select list is a single field, made up of two parts, it's not two fields, so you can't give the second part its own name.

You will need to script or code something to make the second part of the field mandatory, Atlassian have not coded the field to allow us to make it mandatory yet (there's a request for it, been open for years)
