How can i get i have jira & confluence access please?

I used Jira & Confluence a few months ago in CS Lab.

Im now trying to onboard new starters to Jira & Confluence for PSD2 & Open Banking Programme.

I had been sent the below link to to try this, but the option to create is there but not allowing to select Project/ Lloyds Atlassian Support or the rest of the options which follow.

I'm afraid you've reached the wrong place.  This is a community of end-users of Atlassian software.  We're happy to help in general, but we are not your administrators.

You'll need to contact your Confluence admins - there may be a link in the footer for "contact admins", but if not, you'll need to search your Confluence for the right help, ask your colleagues or IT department who they are, or even ask the person who got you your account.
