How can i define multiple rules for "Assignable User"?
For example project lead can assign to all users
but other users only can assign to specified users or groups.
thank you
Hi Ali,
I've never heard of such a permission. There is only one "Assignable users" - permission.
Indeed, it can't be done. If a user can assign an issue, they can assign it to anyone caught by the "assignable user" permission. It's not limited by who the assigning person might be.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

As I said, you can't.
Maybe you should think about implementing more than one project in Jira, so you can use different permissions for the different teams.
