How can i create Outbound and inbound REST APIs in Jira

 I want  create Outbound and inbound REST APIs in Jira. Sothat I can achieve Bidirectional integration with Servicenow.

Hi @Vikram Singh 

You can look into Jira Webhook for outbound from Jira, however those are limited to the events available.

There is nothing to do on "inbound".  Jira has a REST API you can use already, it's built in and always available.

For "outbound", you'll need to find or write something that makes REST calls out to Servicenow.  I would start with a look in the marketplace.
