That looks like you want to change the name of a field?  The name of a field is fixed, as it's a really bad idea to change the name of a field when the status changes, it confuses users, makes searching complicated, and messes up reports.

No i don't want to change the name of a field.

I just want to edit my comment. Because complain was a mistake.

Ah, ok, I wasn't sure becasue you'd circled the name instead of the content. I am guessing that you cannot change the content because the issue is in a status that has a "do not edit me" flag set on it. Can you confirm that when you look at an issue that has been "signed off", that you do not get any "edit" options in the menu?
