Hi there,

How can i change the order of status transitions in ticket status transition dropdown?

Unfortunately, the sorting does not correspond to human logic, as completed statuses appear in the middle of the list, which one would rather expect at the end of the list. Someone else might wish for alphabetical sorting.

click in ticket view on the current status:

 status dropdown the change the status. its about this order.

Hi Daniel,

This can be done with the opsbar-sequence transition properties. You need to edit each transition and set a value for opsbar-sequence.

Example: opsbar-sequence: 10 will appear before a transition with opsbar-sequence: 20
