How can i auto add watcher "AN" if issue user = "GRISHA" ?

i need to monitor all issues with some user "GRISHA". How can i to auto-add watcher or to auto- receive notifications on all new issues with user "GRISHA" ?

For example: I need to set that some user "An" or "Kolya" can receive notifications on all issues with user "GRISHA"

(sorry for my english)

You cannot make a user to auto watch issues but you can add the user directly in a role or in the notification schemes, there by yielding the same result. Perhaps you can try that?

Make sure you are not adding the user as a watcher on all projects, unless you need it. Depends on the scheme you use and whether you go for a project role or not.
