How can i attach pdf or zip to comment in Jira issue.

We need to attach zip or pdf files to comments in JIRA issues to communicate to the customers.

Thanks Norbert,

It works, but we do not publish our JIRA to the Internet.

So the customers would klick on the link and they get an error.

It is possible to disable the link behind the attachment?

Attach the files to the related issue - at the same time you can write a comment in which you can place a link to these files:

[^filename.ext]

[Joe Pitt]

You can attach them to the issue, but not to a comment.
