How can i add new column in test steps for Jira Xray

We are using Jira with Xray for test management and we have step, data, expected results columns in a test. I would like to add one more column; please assist.

At the moment is not possible to add new Step columns, however, we are planning to add them in version 4.0.0!

You can follow here the progress of that XRAY-911.
