How can Jira be used for managing diffuse social risks and corporate social impact management?

Hello, I'm a service design student and I'd like to ask the community for insights on how Jira can be used to calculate diffuse risks and manage social impact. How is it possible to manage third-party data in the software?

Wow, that is a great question.  Jira provides bug tracking, issue tracking and agile project management. Jira is used for project, time, requirements, task, bug, change, code, test, release, sprint management.  I have never heard it being used to track social impact.  With that being said if you could share the metrics you would use to track social impact, how you track that and how the results need to be rendered you might be able to use it.
