How can I view all completed stories from pasts prints rather than 1 sprint at a time in reports?

I would like to see them all on one screen rather than small chunks per sprint

You can use 'sprint in closedSprints()' to get all issues assigned to completed sprints.

It's a JQL function, go to Search for issues and use the function there under advanced.

You may want to add more search options, if you only use 'sprint in closedSprints()' it will return all issues assigned to completed sprints, even issues that may not be closed yet, since an issue can be assigned to multiple sprints.
