How can I upload a attachment to Artifactory.

For our company jira server's limitation, we don't want to upload attachments to Jira's server。

We hope that when uploading attachments on jira, upload the attachments directly to the Artifactory server instead of Jira server.

Who can give some hint, how to do it.
