I have moved actual boards from Trello to Jira. In Trello I have closed the boards. Now I want to stop Trello because of dubble costs (licenses). Is that possible or do I loosse all the boards in Jira when I do so?
Hi @Marian Noorthoek and welcome to the Community!
If you have imported the data from Trello into Jira and if you can see all the cards you had in Trello as issues in Jira, stopping Trello should not impact the data you have in Jira. They are different tools with a different database.
If you are still working in both tools today and may have set up an integration between Jira and Trello (e.g to create Jira issues automatically when you add a card in Trello), make sure that everything that is currently in Trello is present in Jira before stopping your Trello subscription.
Hope this helps!
Thanks Walter! Next question: to 'stop' Trello I think I only have to close the boards AND delete de users? Or is there another way to stop Trello?
I pay per user (licence) so I think when I delete all users I won't pay anymore for Trello?

Reducing the number of users may indeed have an impact on what your are paying (if you are billed based on actual number of users at the end of the month), but it may be cleaner to downgrade or cancel your subscription as described in this support article. It also mentions what happens exactly when you downgrade.
