When I am viewing the Story Issue page I'd like to be able to see the story points for each subtask in the Subtasks list. I used to be able to do this when I was using a team-managed project.

I have not managed to find an answer via googling or searching the community pages. Apologies if I've missed an answer elsewhere.

Short answer: That is not possible.
Longer answer: There is an 15 year old suggestion to make the fields/columns displayed on the subtask view configurable, which you may vote for/watch to see progress: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-9180
Honestly, I am unclear why for team-managed projects Jira shows only story points for sub-tasks, rather than whatever the estimation measure is which is used. (It does not show time-based estimates.)
Kind regards,
Bill
you can change what columns are displayed in the sub-task list here - admin > system > Advanced. Please note this is a global change and should be done with care. I have not personally verified SP here.

I have taken a look at this setting, but it doesn't seem to affect anything, although it did seem promising. I seem to have this issue with that solution;
