Hi @Jasmine Luo , the best means of accomplishing this would be to export into Excel. You can run the query and click on the Excel or Google Sheets button at the top. Alternatively, if you have installed the extension for Jira within excel you can make the query directly from that application.

Oh and of course you could consider a Marketplace addon app.

Hi @Jasmine Luo

just to add to @Jack Brickey's answer, if I may provide a concrete Marketplace app recommendation, this would be easy to do using the app that my team and I are working on, JXL for Jira.

JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with a number of so-called “smart columns” that aren’t natively available, including all comments (and many other comment-related columns).

With the all comments column, you can easily view, sort, and filter by the latest comment directly in JXL, and get all comments into an Excel/Sheets export in just one click:

(Note that JXL can do much more than that: From support for configurable issue hierarchies, to issue grouping by any issue field(s), sum-ups, or conditional formatting.)

As noted before, there'll be other Marketplace apps that can help with this, too. You may already know that you can trial any app for free for 1 month, and depending on the size of your size, it may be free forever. So if an app is an option for your, perhaps try a few and see which works best for you.

Any questions just let me know,

Best,

Hannes
