How can I set user permissions for app from marketplace

hi community!

right now we are using "timesheet reports and gadgets for jira cloud" for everything which has to do with time booking.

we want to evaluate, if "tempo timesheets" are more handy for us.

is there a possibility, to install this app beside the timesheet reports? or set user permissions for the tempo app?

right now, after installation timesheet reports get overruled by tempo.

I doubt it. Out of the box JIRA doesn't support permissions on plugins. Unless the plugins provide that service you get what you get. Plugins that provide similar functions may need to use the same base JIRA code to provide the function or may replace base code so the couldn't work together.
