How can I set the default value of a select field for a specific transition using Behaviours?

Is this possible?

Scenario:

I want to set a default resolution ("Won't Fix") for a transition called "Abandon" to the value most commonly selected in order to reduce friction.

I wish I could simply explicitly set the resolution, but an issue won't always be abandoned for the same reason.
