How can I set the JIRA Cloud Default Permission Scheme to my Customize Permission Scheme

I have created a specific Permission Scheme that I want all new JIRA Projects created to be associated with. However, All new projects created are associated with the Default Software Permission Scheme. Hence, I have to manually associate each new project the Project Managers create to customized permission scheme. How can I make my permission scheme the default?
