How can I set my remaining hours to zero in the new view of Jira?

In the old view there was an edit option where I could change remaining hours, but I haven't found a way to do that in Latest View of Jira.

Welcome to Atlassian Community.

You can edit the remaining hours of your Issues/Stories under the Log Work client in the new issue view. These would be the steps:

1 - Navigate to your issue > Click in the three dots drop-down (...) > Log work:

2 - Instead of logging work, leave the time spent field empty and edit the Time remaining Field with the value you want. To set it to zero, just add a space to the field and click enter:

P.S: In the new issue view, the Original Estimate must be the sum of the time spent and remaining estimate fields. That been said, if you decide to clear the remaining Estimate, you must also clear the Original Estimate to keep the coherency of the Time Tracking.
