How can I set additional custom field values in the child issue apart from the inherited custom field values from the parent issue?

I have 3 custom fields which are not included in the parent issue, I want these issues to be populated with a default value in the view screen of the child issue, when the child issue is created from the parent issue

Hi Sowmya,

Can you use a different "Screen Scheme" for that Issue Type in "Issue Type Screen Scheme"?

If you want to set default values you can also use Field Configuration Schemes per Issue Type
