How can I see the email with the code sent to me to log in to my Jira account?

I have a company email, and I want to log in to Jira with it, but even though it says it has sent me a verification code, I can't find any email when I check my inbox. The emails that it says have been sent are not reaching me. Can you help me solve this problem?

1. Verify if you have spelled correctly your email address
2. Did you check your spam/junk folder ?
3. Does your organization allow emails from external domains ?
4. Check all your folders/subfolders

I tried the steps you suggested, but I couldn't reach a solution

Our admin checked my account status and found that it has an error message. I looked up the error on Google and I think my email might be on your email suppression list. Can we consider this scenario?
