How can I see a N:N issue relationship in a query?

Lets say I create a new issue relationship link type "REL"
And I have issue A that links REL to issue K, and issue L
And I have issue B that links REL to issue M, and issue N, and issue O

Is there a way for me to get a query result with:

A K
A L
B M
B N
B O

?

If yes my followup question ( other the HOW ;) ) would be, can I also get the reverse?

L A
M B
N B
O B
