How can I search on the Log Work field, Description?

I want to filter the time logged by the user based on contents field Work Description, when the user logs their time into a JIRA issue?

Thanks for the response.

I am looking to search on the Work Log Description and do not want to have an add on/plug in to search on on field, that should be standard as part of tempo/jira.

Currently I have to export data all issues to excel to then search/pivot data to report it
