How can I search history for IssueType field?

Goal is to find a way to search the list of issues that was created with one IssueType but transitioned to another IssueType later.

Pl. help what is the efficient way to achieve this?

You can check from the database by using SQL command: Knowledge Base

Currently, we don't have any JQL function to search the list issue type changes of Issues in JIRA.
